Materials:

  1.     500 grams of raw mango

  2.     1 teaspoon of dried chili powder

  3.     1 teaspoon of coriander and cumin powder

  4.     7-8 cloves of garlic

  5.     1 cup of mustard oil

  6.     Salt to taste.


Method:

Cut raw mango peel into small pieces.


Then heat the mustard oil in a pan, stir in all the ingredients, stir lightly with mango and salt to taste and take it off after 2-3 minutes.


This pickle can be kept for a long time and can be served with a variety of dishes.

We all want to eat something new in addition to the traditional food. Or we want to get new taste in the food we know. And we Bengalis are always a little too fond of food. I prefer to eat a little rich and delicious food.

Materials required:


    Section-A
  •     A quarter of a kilo of chicken,
  •     Green chilli powder = 1 tbsp,
  •     Garlic Kwa = 10,
  •     Tomato sauce = 1 quarter cup,
  •     Sugar = 2 teaspoons,
  •     Without dried pepper beech = 5 tall,
  •     Oil = half a cup,
  •     Garlic powder = 1 tablespoon,
  •     Fish sauce = 2 tablespoons,
  •     Testing salt = 1 tbsp,
  •     Soy sauce = 1 tbsp.

   
Section-B
  •     Tomato = 2 four pieces,
  •     Cornflower ball = 2 teaspoons,
  •     Onion open in four folds = 1 cup,
  •     2 small pieces of capsicum.

For decoration:


    Aluminum foil = 1 piece,
    Spirit alcohol = little.

Preparation:


First without garlic and oil. Grease the meat with all the ingredients of the group and marinate for 2.30 minutes.

Now put oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, grate the garlic in it, after a while cover it with the marinated meat and cook. When the meat is well cooked, add 3 cups of water. When the meat is cooked and covered with broth, add onion, tomato and capsicum.

Then move it down. Make it like a boat with foil paper and pour the meat in it. Light the fire with spirit alcohol on both sides of the foil paper.

You will see that you will get different taste and smell in cooking. Can be served with naan or bread. Hope you like the cooking.

Malay cake with semolina


On such a cold winter day, the smell of eating cakes of various sweet and sour flavors falls. You can eat various cakes soaked in date molasses or juice, today learn the recipe for making instant cake without rice powder or date molasses.

Let's find out how you can easily make Malay cake with semolina-
Materials:

  •     1 liter of milk
  •     Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
  •     2 cups of sugar
  •     2 eggs
  •     Half a cup of powdered milk
  •     Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  •     1 cup of semolina
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Nutmeg and cherries in quantity.

Method:

Put one liter of milk in a pot and keep stirring. When the milk thickens, add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder. Add 1-3 cups of sugar. When the milk thickens, take it out of the oven.

Now break two eggs in a bowl. Beat well. Add one teaspoon of sugar a day. Beat well and melt the sugar. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 3/4 cup powdered milk. Mix very well.

Then add 1 cup of semolina. Mix well. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Now fry on medium heat with oil in a pan. So make the cakes round and leave them in the oil. Fry for about 2 minutes. Can't be fried too much. After removing the cakes, pour them into the prepared Malay.

At the end of all you can serve garnished with almonds and cherry pieces on the cake.
